Keeping donations in our own community is important to Cash Wise Liquor. As part of a recent campaign they asked their patrons to round-up their purchases to support our hunger relief work.
“We chose Second Harvest because it’s local and we see a need for their services,” shared Caron Daniel, Store Manager. “We hope the money raised will assist in keeping our community fed and provide their ability to access fresh and healthy food.”
In all more than $26,000 was contributed which will result in over 80,400 meals for families, children and seniors in Duluth. “It’s very refreshing to see so many of our community members supporting Second Harvest. We could not have made this possible without the support of our loyal customers.”
