The food Rochelle receives from programs like our Coronavirus Food Assistance Program (CFAP) allows her family to focus on other necessities. “I want my kids to know that we’d do anything for them,” shared Rochelle, the mother of two growing elementary aged kids. “I don’t want them to see us struggle.”

Right now, she and her husband rely on her income as a pre-school teacher. The food she receives from programs like our Coronavirus Food Assistance Program (CFAP), allow them to focus on other necessities like rent and utilities.

“This helps a lot,” she shared. “I was shocked by the amount and type of food I am able to take home. I received meat, vegetables, and milk.”

Thanks to your support, CFAP has ensured over 569,000 additional meals this year to over 6,800 NE Minnesota and NW Wisconsin families in need.
