Eric and his family are grateful for the fresh food your support provides throughout the year, and especially during the holidays.
Eric and Jessica have three beautiful children. More recently, they welcomed Asher into their family, and, at just one, they already know how exceptional he is.
When Asher, who has cerebral palsy, was born, he couldn’t eat. Eric and Jessica had to buy specialized formula, which put a strain on their family’s budget. “We’ve had to be creative to pay bills,” Jessica shares. On most days, she and Eric also skip breakfast and lunch so their kids have enough to eat. Their first time at our Food Shelf, Eric and Jessica were blown away. “We didn’t know what to expect, but it surpassed any expectation,” she shares. “We are so excited to have fresh fruit, corn and chicken again.”
Because of Asher’s unique situation, Eric and Jessica have found our program to be particularly helpful. “Our goal is to find permanent housing and stability,” Eric said. “Your program has helped us get back on our feet.”
