Free Food for Senior Citizens

Second Harvest Northern Lakes Food Bank provides supplemental food assistance to income and age eligible senior citizens throughout Northeastern Minnesota as part of its Nutrition Assistance Program for Seniors (NAPS).

Pre-Qualification Program Form for the Nutrition Assistance Program for Seniors (NAPS)

The following form will pre-screen eligible participants of our NAPS program. Please complete the form about the person you would like to qualify for our program. Once the form is complete, “submit.” Your pre-qualification form will be sent to our staff and they will contact you to complete the qualification process.

  • Please include wages, Social Security, SSI, VA, pension, interest, GA/MFIP, MSA, and/or any other household income
