Created in memory of board member and friend, Michael E. Miner, your gift to our Second Harvest Michael E. Miner Hunger Endowment will ensure the provision of food for our Northland neighbors in need in perpetuity.
Our endowment, a fund managed by the Duluth-Superior Area Community Foundation, sets aside interest earnings – a dependable source of annual income – to sustain our food bank programs and procure food resources for residents of NE Minnesota and NW Wisconsin. Your unrestricted gifts of cash, stock, and mutual fund shares may be used to fund our endowment.
