Centering the voice our neighbors is a priority in the year ahead. This strategic approach will allow us to better align our programs and services to meet our neighbors needs and desires.

As part of our strategy, we’ll be sourcing food from the top 3 categories desired by our neighbors according to the most recent Minnesota Food Shelf Survey. We’ll be seeking important nutritional foods like fresh produce, dairy and meat/fish/poultry.

Our other strategic goals include launching our organization’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) training and development, engaging new and existing volunteers, raising hunger awareness, and taking care of our team (allowing us to ultimately meet our goals).
